Up to 60% funding for digitalisation and technology

Most of our services — software, IT equipment, cybersecurity, networks, automation and AI — can be acquired with a regional grant. You typically pay just 40%. We prepare the project and application documents.

Applications open 2 Sep 2026

You typically pay just 40% — the rest is covered by the grant

The regional Voucher pro rozvoj podnikání II (Business Development Voucher II) reimburses up to 60% of the cost of software, licences and cloud including implementation and often hardware too. You can start your project right away — costs are eligible from 2 Jul 2026. What you can use the funding for with us

Funding usually covers software, licences, cloud and implementation — and often hardware. That applies to most of what we do.

AI automation and training

Process automation, AI assistants over company data, custom integrations — software and implementation alike.

Software development

Custom web and business applications, e-shops, integrations and APIs — software development is usually an eligible cost.

IT equipment and digitalisation

Servers, storage, workstations, licences and cloud — hardware and software to digitalise your operations.

Cybersecurity

Security software, EDR/SIEM licences and tools for NIS2 compliance — an investment in data protection.

Network infrastructure

Active components, management and monitoring software, and network modernisation as the foundation of digitalisation.

Loxone automation

Control system, software and integration for smart, energy-efficient buildings.

The exact scope of eligible costs (SW/HW ratio, limits) is determined only by the specific published call. Before submitting, we always verify what can be included in your case.

How the funding works

Voucher pro rozvoj podnikání II (Business Development Voucher II, Ústí Region)

  • What can usually be financed: software, licences, cloud including implementation, and possibly related hardware.
  • Amount of support: 50 000 – 500 000 Kč, max. 60% of eligible costs.
  • Scheme: de minimis, max. 1 voucher per applicant.
  • Who it's for: small and medium-sized businesses and self-employed people with a registered office, branch or place of business in the Ústí Region (for at least six months before applying).
  • Deadlines: costs are eligible from 2 Jul 2026, applications are accepted from 2 Sep 2026 (10:00) until 31 May 2028, delivery by 30 Sep 2028. The intake may close early if demand reaches 120% of the allocation (CZK 200.9m).
  • Payout: ex-post — the grant is reimbursed retrospectively after you pay the costs from your own funds.
  • With the application: the budget is documented with 2 indicative quotes — we prepare one of them for you.

There is no legal entitlement to a grant; 60% is the support cap, and the actual rate depends on the assessment and call conditions. The application is submitted by the applicant's statutory representative via their own data box (it cannot be submitted by an authorised third party) — we prepare the complete documents. Before submitting, we always verify the current conditions with the Ústí Region.

Indicative example at the maximum support rate (grant cap 500 000 Kč). For the grant to reach the lower limit of 50 000 Kč, the project must have eligible costs of at least roughly 83 000 Kč. The grant is paid out retrospectively after delivery.
